Enhanced Stability of MAPbI 3 Perovskite Films with Zirconium Phosphate‐Phosphonomethylglycine Nanosheets as Additive

چکیده

Methylammonium lead iodide perovskite (MAPbI3) is today considered the most promising component for highly efficient third generation solar cells. However, lifetime of devices strongly affected by stability MAPbI3 films toward humidity, UV irradiation, and temperature. The search protective additives to be used building up composite with enhanced a topic great interest in scientific community. In present paper, layered zirconium phosphate-phosphonate based on N,N-phosphonomethylglycine, exfoliated thin nanosheets (NS), as additive stabilization crystalline UV-irradiation, temperature changes applied. Notably, extremely preventing degradation film, preserving optical structural properties, avoiding phase transitions normally observed due increase.

Anti-perovskite solid electrolyte films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition, and their room-temperature ionic conductivity can be improved by more than an order of magnitude in comparison with its bulk counterpart.
